Settings for Multi-root Workspace

Hello! Great extension!

Have a question, what's the correct settings for multi-root workspaces?
I have workspace with client and server directories, and want to mark the client directory as the nuxt one, so I tried:

But when I rightclick on client/server/api, I don't get the New API menu item... even after reloading VSCode...

Of course if I open client directory as a workspace, New Api appears:
