[Bug]: Nuxtr: No package manager found with bun

if I run something with nuxtr, it tells me this error:

How to reproduce it?

I have installed nodejs 22, nuxt, bun, nuxtr
Then I run something from package.json with nuxtr

I also get the same issue on fedora 6.14.3-200.fc41.x86_64 albeit having bun.lock on my project and changed the default package manager from the settings.

Same with me. Though can't get any package manager working on my end. It all says the same error as OP. I'm using node 23 on my end.
