Cannot upload BSON or GZIP

I get this error when upload bson or gzip to S3:

warning! uncaught exception: TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'end'

warning! uncaught exception: Error: Stream is not writable

Sorry i have been ignoring this for awhile, i can upload a fix this weekend.

thanks.. Actually, it is the ASCII encoding issue that was mentioned by another post. :)
