Broken custom completion source example

Hello! I was doing some testing with custom completion sources and noticed that the example in the wiki doesn't work. There's no way for me to open a PR on the wiki, but I have a fixed version [here](https://github.com/mtoohey31/completion-nvim/wiki/custom-completion-source).
