More display diff information even if it's 0 or non-git directory

Hello, for the diff component, I'd like to know if it's possible to configure it as follows.

If the directory does not contain a git repo, display something like "Non-git directory'. Also, if a directory contains a git repo, I'd like the diff to always be displayed (+, -, ~) even if their values are 0.
