Keep alignment in diffs regardless of the breadcrumbs bar #1541

I have the same problem as #1206 with the difference that the bar does not always appear when I move my cursor to the other window. Even if it did I find that workflow really annoying to the point that as much as I like the breadcrumbs functionality I have it disabled. I look at a lot of diffs and 3-way diffs so that is a dealbreaker for me.
Describe the solution you'd like
I don't mind the bar not appearing on all windows (although it would be nice to have the option), the problem is the misalignment. Would it be possible to have the bar go "over" a line so that alignment is preserved regardless of the bar? Or to make sure all lines are shifted up one when the bar is added.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe I can find another plugin just for this but I already use lspsaga, it would be nice if it could get this fixed.

I don't have anything to add more than what is shown in the linked issue.
