Error federal states Germany ? #1000
Description
Hi. It appears that the borders of the federal states in Germany are not entirely accurate. Amt Neuhaus has belonged to Lower Saxony since October 1993, but is assigned to Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in 10m_cultural/ne_10m_admin_1_states_provinces, or am I mistaken? Could you please check that? Thank you very much.
