python binding: update to new command API

Yes. I was waiting for things to settle down (which I believe they have now). I will also test that nvme-stas works with the new python bindings.

Yep, the next steps should not have such a big impact. I'll get the passthru type sorted out next. And then I'll look into the fabrics stuff, which could have some impact though for nvme-stas. Though I don't think the changes will be so big as the initial work, which means it should be simpler to figure out what changed.

I got the basic nvme-stas unit tests working, but that requires a few changes in nvme-cli/libnvme as follows:
