vk_gaussian_splatting is now able to import .spz file format as defined by NianticLabs.
vk_gaussian_splatting currently decompresses/unpacks the data in RAM and then uploads it to VRAM. Future work could include decompressing and uploading to VRAM, and unpacking on the fly using accessors in shaders.
SPZ file import can be tested using the sample models provided by NianticLabs.
