Build error on Ubuntu 24.04 RTX 3050 550.90.07

Can't get around this:

Any ideas? I have the latest and greatest, Vulkan SDK etc etc...

Please follow the instructions from BUILD.md on what tools to install and how to install external sources with update_external_sources.
