[Feature Request] Add `locale` option to clock module

I am using LC_ALL=C.UTF-8 nwg-panel to display the day of the week in English on the clock module, but when I restart nwg-panel, the day of the week is displayed in Japanese.
Is it possible to add a locale option like waybar?

What exactly do you mean by "restart nwg-panel"? Pressing "Apply/Restart" preserves the language setting.

Sorry for the insufficient explanation. I am using Arch Linux with Japanese as the system language, but I don't like how the day of the week is displayed in Japanese on nwg-panel. So, I start it with the command LC_ALL=C.UTF-8 nwg-panel to change the locale, and the day is displayed in English. However, when I change the settings and click "Apply/Restart," nwg-panel goes back to using the system's locale and displays the day of the week in Japanese.
