[Hyprland workspaces] Show current empty workspace

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When option "show empty workspaces" is toggled off if you switch to an empty workspace there's no way of knowing which one it is if you forgot where you switched.

Describe the solution you'd like
Make option so that when user switches to an empty workspace it would appear in the workspaces module.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Waybar had this behavior, currently if i toggle show empty workspaces it would also show inactive workspaces explicitly binded to a monitor.
