🚀 Getting Started

Welcome to Kibbledrop! This guide covers both admin panel management and client onboarding.

🔐 How to Access Admin Panel

  1. Visit the website: https://kibbledrop-7vd7z8pnc-nxr-deens-projects.vercel.app
  2. Click "Login" in the top navigation
  3. Enter admin credentials (provided above)
  4. Click "Sign In"
  5. Navigate to Admin Panel: Once logged in, you'll see an "Admin" link in the navigation

🛠️ Core Admin Functions

Product Management

  • Add Products: Create new pet food products with images, descriptions, and pricing
  • Edit Products: Update existing product information, stock levels, and pricing
  • Category Management: Organize products by categories (dry food, wet food, treats, etc.)
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels and set low-stock alerts

Order Management

  • View Orders: See all customer orders with status tracking
  • Process Orders: Update order status (pending, processing, shipped, delivered)
  • Generate Invoices: Create and send invoices to customers
  • Refund Processing: Handle returns and refunds

User Management

  • Customer Accounts: View and manage customer profiles
  • Admin Accounts: Create and manage additional admin users

⚡ Quick Actions for New Admins

Adding Your First Product

  1. Go to Admin → Products → Add Product
  2. Fill in product details (name, description, price)
  3. Upload product images
  4. Set categories and tags
  5. Configure inventory levels
  6. Click "Save Product"

Processing Orders

  1. Go to Admin → Orders
  2. Click on an order to view details
  3. Update order status as needed
