Unclear instructions

Not really an issue, rather a suggestion to explain on the page, that you need to set the environmental variable to "local-ip.medicmobile.org" for it to work.

set HTTPS_METHOD=local-ip.medicmobile.org

Now I get the "HTTPS addon listening on port 58828" line and works perfectly.

Also, while the instructions say to set HTTPS_METHOD=localtunnel it doesn't mention that a PORT=<port-required> is also needed, otherwise sets NaN.
