Investigate why for certain AppInsights resources, custom events do not appear

Not sure yet if it is a bug or not, but it's worth investigating. On three AppInsights resources, health checks and traces are flowing, but custom events simply do not appear. I'm not sure yet if a sampling configuration is applied by default in the SDK or something else.

As a thought for later, I might add acceptance tests if pipeline execution is not extreme to check if all methods (trace, event, error, metric, availability) deliver their payloads
