Force page refresh on unlock?

Currently, this plugin doesn't force a page refresh when another user edits the page the the lock is acquired from them.

For example:

 - Person A opens the page in the editor
 - Person B opens the page in the editor (and told the page is locked)
 - Person A saves and leaves the page editor (Person B acquires lock)
 - Person B saves, overwriting changes made by Person A
