With UBX2RINEX, I can use my u-Blox receivers as signal sampler etc.. and directly dump to RINEX or CRINEX. The receiver expresses each instant as the number of weeks and seconds within that week, elapsed in the timescale. With hifitime, we have easy means to correctly interprate that, in all supported constellations
