Hello,

it's very convenient for us in rtk-rs to be able to use your V2 ahead of time.

rtk-rs curently uses the Penumbra evaluation and will most likely use the Kalman filters once we allow such strategy to estimate the measurement biases (typically atmospheric and multipath biases)
