Lightnet do not produce blocks with "full" proof-level option

If I start lightnet in the Docker using zk lightnet start -p full, the lightnet do not produce any blocks when I send zkApp txs, and CPU usage of the Docker container is zero.

I think it is not enough to only pass the proving level configuration in this case.

I have tried both zk lightnet start --mode multi-node --type real --proof-level full suggested in docs and zk lightnet start --type real --proof-level full, the result is the same - no blocks are being produced.

Also, it makes little sense to use --type real as it changes the speed of the producing blocks, and with slow blocks, it is better to test on devnet, which is much closer for testing to mainnet than lightnet.

Unfortunately, with -p none, which is the default behavior of lightnet, lightnet just accepts any zkApp txs, even sent using the contracts that are different from the deployed contract, so core contract functionality cannot be tested properly.

I would also propose to make the same default setting as on the local blockchain, namely -p full.

I'll take a look what is going on with it.
Yet the --type real might be mandatory anyway because setting the proving level to full will require increase in slot time, because currently Mina is not yet ready for lower slot timing (WIP).
