Docker registry: decide and set up new docker registry for prod/staging env for the Mina Rust node + the Mina Rust node frontend

We want to move from https://hub.docker.com/orgs/openmina/.
The previous dockerhub credentials have been removed from the repository today (07/17/2025).

Different options for now:

• move to dockerhub/o1-labs
• move to dockerhub/minaprotocol

Dependencies:

• Docker: fix openmina dockerfile and slightly improve it #1190

Suggestions for Docker registries:

• GitHub Docker registry: https://docs.github.com/en/packages/working-with-a-github-packages-registry/working-with-the-container-registry
• GCP registry
• DockerHub

Tasks:

• The CI should be updated with the correct docker registry information: https://github.com/o1-labs/openmina/blob/develop/.github/workflows/docker.yaml.
• Add credentials in settings.
• Verify that openmina dockerhub is not mentioned anymore in the doc.
• Add documentation in docs that can be read by AI tooling.

GitHub registry has lower limits than DockerHub, but I’d go with whatever the team decides.
(Mina releases are going to DuckerHub, btw. Maybe it is worth to keep the same registry for public releases?)

I will create a o1-labs/mina-rust registry on DockerHub
