Build a console formatter that produces human-readable, colored output for test results. Clear pass/fail status indication with color-coded output (green=pass, yellow=soft-fail, red=fail), section-by-section breakdown with status indicators (✓/⚠/✗), error details with context, timing information, CI-friendly output option (no colors when not TTY).
