Remove the need for pod_port in configuration. #11
Description
In playing with DockerCloud, it's really happiest if you can use the dynamic port mapping. It seems like if you have two containers on port 80, then the second one has issues! Plus, I think we can just consult the registry data to figure out what port it's on, and then not have to have the pod_port parameter at all.
