Add a "inspection only" version of the platform to binder #188
Description
Just a crazy idea: Open a repo from Zenodo with Binder (not possible yet), and if it includes an ERC, an inspection view for the ERC is opened.
You can probably not run Docker containers from within the binder container, so the server-side would have to be re-done.
But the server side could be gotten working (similar to nbstencilaproxy) for interactive graphics based on plumber.
