Experiment: Package platform and selected microservices as Electron app for inspecting an ERC #192

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ARrbbviGvjc shows how to package a Shiny app with Electron. We could similarly package our platform UI as an Electron app and run selected microservices in the background (i.e. muncher, transporter, ... that's it!?) an pre-configure them so they do not need a database but only serve one ERC from a directory. This would then be an "inspection only" view, see also #188
