Prepare for version 1.0.0 QA/release

To prepare for the version 1.0.0 QA & release, you gotta do lots of fun fun fun stuff!

• Note all the config changes from 0.6.3 beta to 1.0.0
• Add those new config options to the setup file
• Add new config options & deleted sections to configupdate.py
• Add new config options to setup.py
• Ensure that a click installer is available in the configupdate.py script
