Add live information to some spots

Some points of interests, such as Villo! stations and packing racks have live information in the Brussels Datastore.

When you click on the pin, a popup could be shown showing live information, such as the number of bikes and spaces available in a Villo! station.

That's great to hear! Are you familiar with Next.js or React?

If you are, you can clone the front-end code and run it locally. Instructions are here: https://github.com/oSoc20/better-bike-brussels/blob/master/README.md#frontend

First, the code to show a popup when the user clicks on a parking rack/Villo! Station still has to be implemented.

Then, once the popup is clicked, the client can make an API call to our backend for the specific spot, which can relay the information from the Brussels Datastore (using our API key).
