Possible to update the OAM specifications to include reference to Distributed Application Runtime (DAPR)? How DAPR vis-a-vis to OAM.

@nathanawmk Dapr is not vis-a-vis to OAM. In nutshell, OAM can be used to deploy everything including Dapr powered app.
