Does upgrade_paths.json need an update for el9to10?

I haven't run into any problem. I'm familiarizing myself with the repo structure and contents before writing my first actor, and I noticed that the upgrade_paths.json file has nothing for 9 to 10.

@nrwahl2 Hi, why do you think so? The file contains upgrade paths for IPU 9 -> 10 already:

So I am curious whether you possibly check the content of the file from a different project, where the upstream changes are not reflected yet, or what is the source of the confusion so we could e.g. improve our docs (which we hope to improve during 2026 significantly). Of course, the file is continuously updated to reflect new upgrade paths for each release.
