Data Aggregation Extension
The public review (until November 1st) has started. TC will discuss comments in the November 5th meeting and hold a ballot on publication as a committee specification.

Heiko will reword the PR to make clear this is an example of a syntax for annotations in OData V2.
Lack of ordering constraints on delta responses may require clients to buffer (or persist) entire response to process it correctly #277
Mike moves to merge PR Fix 277: Clarify requirements around ordering changes in a delta payload #2136 and close the issue as applied. Heiko seconds. No objections, motion passes.
Relative precedence of "restrictions specific to a path" odata-vocabularies#298
Heiko will reword the PR to clarify the relationship between T and a resource path and also avoid the numeric references.
