4. Progression of Aggregation Extension to Committee Specification [8:15]
   Review Comments: No comments received

   Heiko tables the following motion:

   I move to approve the Chair requesting that TC Administration hold a Special Majority Vote to approve OData Extension for Data Aggregation Version 4.0 Committee Specification Draft 05 as a Committee Specification. I further move that the TC affirm that no changes have been made since the last public review.

   Ralf seconds. No objections, motion passes.
   Heiko will prepare a new zip file and send the link to Mike.

5. Follow-up on MCP discussion [8:35]

   Christof demonstrates how his homegrown MCP server can be inspected with the "MCP Inspector" tool and displays the server logs. Next he connects an AI agent (MCP server connection in VS Code). When given a prompt, it causes the MCP server to make an OData request that appears in the log. The Northwind service used in this demo seems well-known to LLMs. Knowledge that TerritoryID is the ID of the Territory entity seems to derived not from the metadata but from example requests that the LLM has made. Christof will also try the MCP server with the Jetsons service or a private service.

   content-type header in JSON batch requests #2134
   Heiko moves to merge PR content-type header in JSON batch #2137 and close the issue as applied. Hubert seconds. No objections, motion passes.

   Access a property of the result of a non-composable function #400
   Current implementations (for example, SAP and IBM) seem to generally support query options added to any action or function (with some restrictions) but never appending path segments to actions. Mike suggests to let composability only apply to additional path segments. The capabilities annotations for query options support could be made applicable to actions and functions, or it could be decided that the existing AppliesTo="Singleton Collection" already covers that case. Mike will prepare a pull request.

   Relative precedence of "restrictions specific to a path" odata-vocabularies#298
   Heiko moves to merge PR Disallow conflicting restrictions for the same capability odata-vocabularies#304 and close the issue as applied. George suggests to avoid the term "canonical" here. Motion withdrawn. Heiko will adapt the pull request accordingly.
