4. Progression of Aggregation Extension to Committee Specification [8:15]
   Special Majority Vote

   7 out of 9 members have voted so far. Mike explains the further process for progressing to OASIS Standard. Statements of use are expected from SAP and Microsoft.

5. Issues [8:20]
   OData TC Github Issues

   Relative precedence of "restrictions specific to a path" odata-vocabularies#298
   TC suggests to use the term "canonical", but in connection with the resource path rather than the capabilities annotation. Heiko will adapt PR Disallow conflicting restrictions for the same capability odata-vocabularies#304 accordingly.

   Allow clients to mark property values as secret at write time #2140
   TC agrees that "secret" properties are omitted in responses and annotated with "Core.Permissions": "Write" if the client is allowed to write them. The same instance annotation is used in write requests to an open entity type to declare dynamic properties as "secret". The issue is assigned to Hubert.

   Change ApplySupported default values odata-vocabularies#305
   Heiko moves to merge the PR. Stefan seconds. No objections, motion passes.

   Preference for Skipping Status Monitor Resource Creation #2126
   TC reviews PR Disambiguate ContinueOnErrorSupported odata-vocabularies#306 and suggests a rewording of the Core.LongDescription. The issue is moved to "Resolved".

   How to move from OData V4.0 to V4.01 other than with a big bang? #2116
   Heiko decides to close the issue without action.

   Partner navigation property of an uplink defines collection, but only for one level #2067
   TC reviews the issue and moves it to 4.03.

   ActionImport and FunctionImport on EntityType #299
   TC reviews the issue and moves it to 4.03.

   11.4.11 Position Inserts, allows inserts into, presumably ordered, collection of entity but limits $index query option to being a zero-based ordinal  #2041
   TC agrees to open the issue.

   Add NonSelectableProperties to SelectSupportType #386
   Mike will close this as a duplicate of Allow clients to mark property values as secret at write time #2140.
