   Issues - OData TC

   Clarification requested: JSON $batch response status 200 OK even for malformed JSON requests? #2163
   TC discusses PR Encourage chunk-by-chunk processing #2171 and finds the references to "chunk" misleading, because they sound as if they imply chunked transfer-encoding. Heiko will rewrite the pull request to make clear that a 200 OK status is only required if the service starts sending the response payload before it has completed the computation.

   A request dependsOn another from a different atomicity group #2150
   TC reviews Mike's proposed changes in PR slight rewording #2173 to Heiko's PR Atomicity group of prerequisite requests optional in dependsOn #2164. The obligation on the client to dependOn both id and atomicityGroup is retained for 4.01 services.
   Mike moves to merge the pull requests and close the issue as applied. Heiko seconds. No objections, motion passes.

   Distinguish expandability for a collection vs expandability for an item within a collection #399
   Mike has proposed an extension of the capabilities vocabulary in PR Add ExpandByKeys odata-vocabularies#315 and explains the type hierarchy derived from ExpandRestrictionsBase.
   Mike moves to merge the pull request and close the issue as applied. Heiko seconds. No objections, motion passes.
