RPC can fail

RPC connection can fail, e.g. as alchemy or infura has a problem with a specific network.

Find a solution that the header gracefully retries or implement a multi RPC solution.

Also need to consider as fallback for when helios light client crashes, respectively for getting old block data which the light client not provide
