Migrate oasp4js-security

We should first migrate the oasp4js-security module to be able to integrate it with the oasp4j-sample.

@mmatczak mentioned to also implement the oasp4js-security module in a microservice compliant way. Maybe you can shortly document here what exactly this means in terms of implementation.
