MCscan Pipeline download results not working

Hi,
I am using the version for windows using the Docker image. After running MCscan Pipeline, it does not give back any results. The download button remains "empty". It seems to be running, though. It shows a page with a percentage of the analysis running. (PS: I try it of files that I already used in jcvi as well with the example files).

Thanks for using ShinySyn. Please be reminded that MCscan Pipeline takes FASTA and GFF3 files as input, and the download button will only be enabled after the pipeline is finished. ShinySyn supports the latest chrome, edge and firefox.

We used the normal fa and gff3 downloaded from NCBI, when the progress bar seemed to be finished (100%), the download button was still grey, and couldn't be clicked.
