Try other arena allocator #1400
Description
Currently we use https://crates.io/crates/talc. With this we need an arena with 16MB to bootstrap the kernel, which seems to be a lot. I'm not sure if it is talc fault or we really need 16MB. So my idea is we should try other allocator to see if we can reduce the arena size.
