UPHENO:0001002 'phenotypic effect' is defined as "abnormal". I think we probably just want UPHENO:0001001 'phenotype'.

thanks. you are correct. we tend to note only the abnormal phenotypes but the untreated samples will also have a phenotype of "within normal limits". can you pleaes make this change?

@jmfostel The current evaluant is 'bodily fluid specimen'. Is that too narrow, so you want 'specimen from organism' instead?

yes thank you - on rare conditions we perform these assays in other tissues that may not be exactly a bodily fluid so i did not want to limit to a bodily fluid specimen.
