This NTR is for a term to describe CRISPR screens with chromatin accessibility readouts, possibly as a "sibling" term to OBI:0003659 "in vitro CRISPR screen using single-cell RNA-seq". I propose the following:

Preferred Term: in vitro CRISPR screen using single-cell ATAC-seq
Definition: An in vitro CRISPR screen assay that uses single-cell ATAC-Seq to detect induced changes in chromatin accessibility.
Parent Term: OBI:0003659 in vitro CRISPR screen assay

Hi @jenjou, thanks for submitting this and the other recent NTRs. @mgiglio99 is currently working on an overhaul of OBI's RNA sequencing terms. I've assigned her to this issue and the others so these NTRs can be taken care of in tandem with that project.
