Additional microscope devices

The current microscope hierarchy is currently missing some major subtypes. Under optical (or perhaps digital) microscope: lightsheet, multiphoton and super-resolution microscopes could be added. Or alternatively for super-resolution microscope, adding/importing MI_2213 may be sufficient. Happy to put in a PR for these.

Thank you for this request and at least one more, which are perfectly reasonable and we should be able to accomodate. Would you have time to join the OBI call on Monday, March 9, at 9am Pacific time to discuss your overall needs? In our experience, it speeds things up a lot if we have an overview of what types of terms you would request, and it will help coordinate potential overlap with other groups working on terms in the same domain. Thanks @bpeters42, the OBI call is a little early (4am) for my time zone, but I can provide any more details, and happy to coordinate with other groups. For context, our use cases are for metadata capture for spatial and microscopy instruments, and are aiming for terms to be easily understandable by end users for validation (see also #1894 raised by my colleague).
