Update prometheus instructions when used inside Istio #27
Description
As discussed in #26. the prometheus configuration bundled with Istio does not scrape metrics from applications. Options are either just use the one provided with this example, or see if there is a general update that could be applied to the prom used in Istio to enable it to capture app metrics.
