Feature Request: setting to scan on app launch (or CLI command for GUI scan)

I like to manage login items via a separate app, rather than the system login items. But in doing so with KnockKnock, I miss out on the automatic scan.

If possible, I'd love for a programmatic method to run a scan through the GUI. Either of these could work:
- a setting for "Perform scan on launch"
- a CLI command for "Perform scan through GUI"
