Welcome popup caret keyboard focus highlight is truncated #785
Description
When you launch LuLu for the first time, the welcome bubble pointing at the menu bar icon truncates the caret's keyboard focus highlight rectangle:
It's not the actually the ^ caret that's getting truncated, but the keyboard focus rectangle that MacOS is adding. It seems like the caret asset just needs to be moved left a little bit in StatusBarPopover.
