Customising Styling for Routes / Polylines

Is there any way that I can change the stroke colour / width of a route line? And also is it possible to change the 'A' and 'B' marker points on the map too? 

I know that is can be customised using Google Maps API but I don't know how I would do this using this App! It would be great if I could do this within the options when setting up a route in the CMS, or when setting the options in the html.
