Refactor docs: move concepts to index, restructure specifications

Removed concepts and objectos documentation pages, merging their content into the main index files. Updated meta.json files to reflect new structure. Added and reorganized specifications under content/docs/specifications, including objectql and objectui. This change streamlines documentation, consolidates introductory and conceptual material, and clarifies protocol specifications.
