Add suprasellar region term (#3526)

* Added term: suprasellar region (UBERON:7770000)

Changed part_of to located_in to fix reasoning inconsistency.
Fixes #3480.

The term was requested to describe the origin of cell lines in Cellosaurus: BT907, BT843.
