Smart Action does not open PDF files

For example, pressing enter in the following link [[t.pdf]] prompts you with Create new note 't.pdf'? [Y/n] instead of opening the PDF. The Obsidian app opens linked PDF files.

Not a so much a bug, but just the follow_link function and config options is not powerful enough.

The issue is that at the start, the idea of attachments is not considered as a whole. Only images are given special attention.

Thus #77 #329 are asked, this is also important in considering attachments as a whole.

1. drag n drop and past means we need a general resolver that handle all filetypes obsidian app supports, move them into vault and format a valid link
2. open means we should have a generic open func like opts.open.func (saidly the name clashes), so maybe opts.attachments.func, and use vim.ui.open to open them, and allow user to set specific way of opening by overriding the function. And we pass the resolved full path in to that function. Also, we should deprecated the opts.open_url_func and opts.open_img_func.
