Ability for tasks to repeat *after* a certain interval

Hello, thanks for this plugin!

One thing that was confusing to me initially with recurrence was how "every X days/weeks/etc" worked. My expectation was:

• You had a task that repeats every 10 days
• You're 5 days late completing it
• When you do complete it, (in my mind) the next occurence of it should be set 10 days in the future
• However, the next occurence is set 10 days from the original due date

After thinking it over, the current behavior makes total sense, I was just coming at it with the wrong expectations. So I'm proposing a syntax for recurrence like "after X days/weeks/etc". When recurrence is defined like that, the next occurence of a task is set to the current date plus the specified interval, ignoring the previous due date.

An example of where this would be useful is say, mowing the lawn. I'd like to mow the lawn every 7 days, but sometimes life gets in the way and I have to put it off for a few days. If I'm 3 days late mowing the lawn, I don't need to mow it for another 7 days, since it needs to grow back.
