There was a successful fork of this plugin that enabled [[date]]. This is useful for tracking tasks in the Daily Note page. It's a shame to miss out on the subsequent development of this wonderful plug-in. Would it be possible to incorporate this feature? |

Hi @kmaustral, there is already a discussion on the topic in #69 and there is an open PR that's still being discussed at #296 Unfortunately it's not trivial to do, as changing the format may break existing vaults. |
