How to group by outlink in task description?

I need to group my tasks by outlink in task description.
It is mainly to see all the tasks for the projects with a backlink to it, and also to areas of focus.
Is it possible?

Searching the issues in this repo for outlink finds this request:

• Group by should include [[links]] option  #1461

And one of the replies in there shows how to do it with filter by function...

I recommend up-voting that ticket, and trying out the code in that reply....
