What is your suggestion?

Document Properties view's Delete property, Remove, and Property type > Automatic options.

This is not suggested language, just suggested content:

File properties:

• Remove deletes the property from the note.

All properties:

• Delete property deletes the property from all notes.
• Automatic removes any type assigned to the property, which makes the property disappear from the list if it doesn't exist in any notes.
